Anonymous by default. Honestly.

We do not sell your data — to advertisers, data brokers, clinics, insurers, or anyone else. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not embed Meta pixels, X/Twitter pixels, or TikTok pixels on pages where you might be browsing health content.

The minimum required to run the platform. If you create an account: a username and (optionally) an email for password reset and notifications. If you take the AI comparison or assessment: your inputs are processed and the result is returned; photos are never stored.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views and identify which articles are useful. The analytics tool does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.

Photos uploaded to the AI comparison tool are processed in memory and immediately deleted. We do not retain the photo, do not log it, and do not use it for training. The only persistent record is the matched-case IDs we returned to you.

Photos uploaded to a journey post (when journey publishing ships) are stored as part of your post. You can delete them at any time and they are fully removed.

If you choose to continue a Brahver result in GynoShift, we create a short-lived envelope containing only the answers needed to resume your flow, such as stage, result, broad country or budget band, and saved surgeon slugs. The app link contains a random lookup key rather than those answers.

We do not include your photo, email, free text, precise location, browser identity or community identity. The handoff expires within 48 hours and is deleted when its one-time link or recovery code is redeemed.

GynoShift connects to Apple Health only after you choose to grant permission. It can read body weight, step count, active energy and workout history to personalise your training and nutrition programme. Access to each category is controlled by you in the Health app and can be changed at any time.

Health samples are processed on your device. If you connect Apple Health, imported weigh-ins and one derived daily summary containing your seven-day step average, active-energy average and workout count are sent to your private GynoShift account. When you complete a GynoShift workout, the app can save that workout to Apple Health. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, data mining or sale, and we do not disclose it to advertisers or data brokers.

We use one essential session cookie for signed-in users. No advertising cookies. No social tracking cookies. No cross-site cookies, ever.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is real — we remove your data, not just hide it. Your journey posts (if any) are either deleted or anonymised at your choice.

The community is 18+ at launch. A compliant read-only teen experience is on our roadmap because adolescents with this condition desperately need a resource — but it ships only with the moderation, legal, and consent infrastructure to keep them safe.
