Brahver publishes editorial reference material, hosts a community, runs a structured non-surgical program, and lists surgeons. None of it is medical advice for your specific situation. The AI comparison tool returns matched reference cases, not a diagnosis. For decisions about your health, see a credentialed clinician.

Speak to other men here the way you’d want someone to speak to you when you first arrived. Direct questions, honest answers, no judgment about path (surgery, non-surgical, watching, any combination).

Off-limits: aggressive selling, recruiting for other platforms, sharing identifying photos of anyone but yourself, steroid- or PED-promotional content, harassment, doxxing, and posting content from outside the community without consent.

You must be 18 or older to create an account in v1.

You own what you post. You grant Brahver permission to display it on the platform and (when relevant) excerpt it in editorial pieces that link back to your journey. You can delete your content at any time.

You can cancel a Brahver Plus subscription at any time from your account or by one click in any subscription email. We do not require a phone call to cancel. Refunds for the current billing period are at our discretion and we are reasonable about them.

We’d much rather solve a problem by email than in court: [email protected]. If something we did caused you harm, write to us first.

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes get their own email and an in-product notice. Cosmetic edits (typos, link fixes) get a quiet update to the last-updated date.
