Inverted Nipples post op Hello. I got my surgery done about 4 weeks ago, nipples looked normal for first 2 weeks but after that ive noticed they look inverted. Is this normal and will they pop back? Surgeon says surgery has nothing to do with this and his answer did not satisfy me. What options do I have?
Revision surgery Hi, I had my surgery 3 years ago and I'm looking to get a revision done. The odd thing in my case is that I've still got puffy nipples but I don't feel like there's much gland in the area that I want to tone down - it feels more like there's either some fat under the nipple or the aerola didn't tightly press against the chest muscle and there's a gap between that is filled with something but not gland. Has anyone experienced this and if so is there any light touch revision that could be done? Maybe something like localised lipo or somehow stitching the nipple tighter or something?
How different was your result after a month vs after a week? Question to those who had the surgery. I’ve read a lot of people here saying wait it out to the people who are concerned with what they see at week one. Did you experience bumps and ridges and other deformities at week one that later disappeared after a month or more? Specifically, did you see what you thought was missed gland or some bumps like that which eventually flattened out? Also when was the peak of your highest swelling? Did your chest flatten out even more based on what it was at week one?

Gynecomastia antes y despues. Bueno les muestro el resultsdo de mi cirugia de gynecomastia a unos 4 meses de la misma, la cual era vastante severa, tanto en glandulas como en la grasa que tenia alli acumulada, la cual fue totalmente gratis, no quedo perfecto, pero como dice el dicho a caballo regalado no se le mira el pelo.

Before and after (23 days post op) Recovery going well!! Very happy with how it's turning out. Patience is key. The dissolvable stitches are taking their sweet time going away and the surrounding scars and folds will get smoothened out eventually. I had a bit of pus coming out from the right so I'm applying T-Bact/Mupirocin cream twice daily and taking some antibiotics. If you have just got surgery done and are not happy with the immediate results, give it time. Do not get demotivated. I finally walk straight and the t-shirts that I used to wear which were two sizes up now look ridiculous on me. Maybe they always did. I'm still wearing the compression vest the entire day and I take it off when sleeping. I massage the chest after taking a shower. Back to walking 10k steps everyday. Can start gym after few more weeks only after doc gives the OK.
6 months op. Will it get better? Still have a nipplefold on one side aswell as pretty visible scarring. Will it get better? I do not have any hard scartissue.
Recovery is a pain in the ass I had surgery 8 days ago.....and even tho it feels like heaven to see your flat masculine chest but the recovery phase is the main deal that stretches for atleast 4 weeks with compression garment ...also sleeping on your back is so fucking weird....after a while you will want to turn to your sides but can't....no gymming ....a man can only watch netflix for so long yk Can yall share ur recovery timelines and progress?
Swollen right pec Hello guys, I’m 2 days post op (had surgery on Thursday) and now my right chest I swollen. Specifically the upper chest is sore and swollen, and it’s uncomfortable do lift up my arm (can feel my muscle). The left pec however is completely fine and rarely hurts. I noticed this last night. Yeetsday it was completely fine. Is this normal?
