Gyro surgery Delhi India After so long I have decided to go for a gyno surgery I did everything for it to get away but none of it work I went to gym , I’m running still it didn’t go. I’m planning to get my surgery done in January or February next year till then I’ll complete all my exams and my research regarding various surgeons. Till now I have come down to three surgeons - 1) dr Rajat Gupta 2) dr Amit Gupta 3) Anmol Chugh And one more dr Dhruv but his clinic is in Pune so I’m not considering him coz of the distance I’m more inclined towards dr Rajat Gupta coz of his method and no scar treatment, before anyone comes to me I confirmed his results form few patients who were happy and satisfied from surgery by dr Rajat Another one dr Amit he also is good and even dr Dhruv from Pune all of these are good too but distance and the scars making me choose dr Rajat over anyone else . Btw my gyno is grade 2A ( the classification I got to know from a fellow gyno survivor ) This is the first time I’m talking about gyno and that’s why I came to Reddit any suggestions will be helpful for me from you guys thanks in advance

Conditioning for Surgery; Good, or Need to Lose More Weight? I have cut weight down from 220 at 5'7 to 185, which is what I weigh in these photos. I am curious if anyone, especially surgeons here, have insight as to whether I am an acceptable body fat percentage now, or if I should make it a point to lose more weight before surgery. I am considering December/January for surgery, if available. Thank you!

Surgery tomorrow (8/20) in Dallas, TX I have lurked this thread for probably the last 2.5 years or so. I developed gyno roughly 6 years ago after not doing a proper PCT from taking SARMS. Finally having the surgery tomorrow in Dallas after hiding my chest with oversized and boxy shirts for the last few years. Left side is much worse than the right. I will update this post or make others with progress, but excited to get this over with. 27 years old, 172lbs, 5'9. Surgery is 8/21***

Exercise routine for grade 1 or 2 gyno? Could someone recommend a routine that is focused on the chest? I would like to get surgery for my grade 1 or 2 gyno someday when the funds are there. 170 pounds, mid 30s, 6’3”. The routine I am looking for is not really to lose weight (based on my above stats) but just to set me up for success when I can finally get surgery in a year or 2 (wishful thinking). I used to have access to a boxing gym 2 days a week, but now just need some type of chest exercises or general exercises to do a few times a week at home. I keep reading here that the better shape one is in pre surgery will yield best results. Thanks in advance for the help and exercise recommendations!

Being lean and muscular before surgery? So I was always under the impression that it would be best to be as lean as possible with as much muscle in the chest as you can achieve. However I saw a surgeon on instagram talk about treating bodybuilders is the most challenging. Has anyone spoke with any surgeons about this topic?
